WHITE CHRISTMAS

Join us right before Christmas for a very special holiday double bill! Michael Curtiz’ musical comedy classic White Christmas paired with Bob Clark’s icy holiday horror Black Christmas!

Bob Wallace (Bing Crosby) and Phil Davis (Danny Kaye) are two entertainers who meet during World War II and become good friends almost immediately. After getting demobilized they team up as a song and dance duo, touring through clubs and hotspots with their act. They meet two sisters who also have a singing act together, Betty (Rosemary Clooney) and Judy (Vera-Ellen), and the four of them eventually take holiday at a Vermont skiing resort. However, when they arrive, they find that the place is nearly bankrupt because there has been no snow for over a year. The owner is their old boss from their army days, General Waverly (Dean Jagger), and they decide to team together and help their friend organize a benefit concert to save the resort.

White Christmas is a veritable parade of holiday cheer – complete with extravagant sets, iconic songs, timeless jokes, and incredible dance numbers, especially from experienced dancer Vera-Ellen. When it was released in 1954, White Christmas was the year’s most successful film – making it no surprise that it would eventually become such a seasonal staple.

Purchase double bill tickets to catch White Christmas with our yearly tradition of Black Christmas!
