NOW Magazine and The Royal Cinema – Toronto invite you to our free monthly film series – NOW Free Flick Mondays, presented by Stiegl Canadaand Mortar & Pestle Productions!

Our Halloween flick will be the 1982 science-fiction horror film directed by Director John Carpenter, The Thing!

In remote Antarctica, a group of American research scientists are disturbed at their base camp by a helicopter shooting at a sled dog. When they take in the dog, it brutally attacks both human beings and canines in the camp and they discover that the beast can assume the shape of its victims. A resourceful helicopter pilot (Kurt Russell) and the camp doctor (Richard Dysart) lead the camp crew in a desperate, gory battle against the vicious creature before it picks them all off, one by one.

Tickets are FREE and can be redeemed through the TICKETS button below. Please note, having a reserved ticket is the only way of guaranteeing entry, as long as ticket holders are present by 7:15pm when doors open to the general public.
